3. Choose a good role model. Find someone you know or admire who has skills and attributes you would like for yourself. You can have career, personal, social, and spiritual role models and more.

4. Learn to accept criticism gracefully and learn from it to help make you a better person. Remember, criticism does not mean someone doesn’t like you. It usually means they’re trying to help you.

5. Take care of yourself physically. Eat healthy foods, exercise, and always try to be at your physical best. This will be a great confidence booster.

6. Don’t be afraid to stand up for yourself. You deserve it. Try incorporating all of these tips into your life, and they will help you learn how to be confident.
